Obverse:
EDWARD DI GRA REX ANGL. Quartered shield of arms of England and France within tressure of four arches, sun and rose to sides, large E above and lis below.
Reverse:
EXALTABITVR IN GLORIA. Small rose in centre of radiate sun over cross, within tressure of eight arches. Lis and lions between, lis and rose stops.
Very fine. Same obverse die as Schneider 410-13, this reverse die not represented. Blunt and Whitton type VIII - variety 6 (reverse with lis and rose stops) with 2 examples noted; 1 in the British Museum and 1 from the W. Talbot Ready Collection (Sotheby, Wilkinson & Hodge Auction, 15 Nov 1920 - Lot 466 (part) - Not illustrated).
