Obverse:

VII in panel (with no rings at each corner), on crossed wreaths.

Reverse:

Horse right, rein trailing from nose between forelegs and hind legs, [VER in front].

A small historical scuff on the slightly off centre obverse otherwise very fine or better. This issue is already extremely rare, however this obverse, without the rings at the corners of the panel is even rarer, with just one example listed on the Celtic Coin Index, which is from the same die - number 94.0689.
