Laureate head facing right, TINCOM in front, B behind. 

Reverse:

Spread eagle facing right, clutching a snake. 

Some light pitting otherwise very fine and rare. The current SovR/Spink plate coin and catalogued in the Spink sale as "This obverse arguably one of the finest of the type".
