Minor verdigris deposits otherwise good very fine, toned and very rare. Only two examples of this moneyer/type listed in CTCE, this coin and one in an institutional collection, both struck from the same dies (SCBI 17 Midland Museums - number 177). This coin is also from the Ernest Danson Collection and listed in his corpus and reference work on the Tamworth mint.
