Reverse:

IHC AVTEM TRANCIENS P MEDIVM ILLORVM YBAT. Florated cross with lis terminals, pellet at each side of top lis with small lis to right, lions between with crowns above,  all within tressure of eight arches, saltire stops, large E in centre.

Slight weakness including to face otherwise very fine, a good full flan example.
