Obverse:

H[ENRIC]VS R. Crowned bust, looking left holding sceptre.

Reverse:

[G]ODRIC ON S [EDM]. Quadrilateral cross fleury, star in centre, annulets in angles.

Good fine, reserve a little porous. Very rare. Same die pair as Lockett 3910. Robin Eaglen 'The Abbey and Mint of Bury St Edmunds to 1279' lists this coin (number 3) and notes only 4 other known examples of this type minted at Bury St. Edmunds, 2 of which are in museums.
